We had the most perfect conditions last weekend at Prairie Oaks. Someone was having a campfire on the other side of the pond which gave us the this soft, hazy background. The fall colors were at their peak and the clouds added some cover to the blinding sun.

I hit the jackpot with this session. The weather was perfect. The fall colors were at their peak. The outfits were on point to match the background. Everything was complete perfection!

The Hersons are seasoned family picture models. I had to step up my game to deliver something different than they’re used to. Old Hilliard is one of my favorite places to shoot lately. There’s so much variety in a small area. Oh and the sun is in the perfect spot here during October.
