I can’t believe it’s been an entire year since Max entered the world. I’m sure it’s flown by for his parents too. He is truly an exceptional boy and loved by so many people. You can see his birth story here.

That bear is special because Jenny received it after suffering a miscarriage. Although it collected dust for five years, she kept that bear knowing that someday she would have a baby who’d snuggle with it. She had it with her when she met Max for the first time so it seemed only fitting to have it in his one year photos. Jenny was right. Max snuggles with that bear every night. It says “Dreams of you.”

He’s not a big fan of cake. My girls weren’t either so I can relate. We wanted to see some awesome cake smashing but instead we got some nice cupcake poking photos. At least he kept the mess to a minimum. Happy Birthday Max!
