I'm not a writer... like at all, but I still love to blog. I love to see how all of the photos from a wedding or session come together. It's like a visual story of the day.

I met Ashley years ago. She was a bridesmaid in a previous wedding that I shot. I’m so excited and honored that she chose me to shoot her wedding too. We had a gorgeous night for photos at Stepping Stones Park in Upper Sandusky. There was sunlight when we needed it and clouds when we didn’t. It was so quiet and peaceful that more than one deer walked by while we were shooting.
After the park, we went out to Jeremy’s dad’s house. They wanted to take photos with an old truck. I asked them how they met and it turns out that that old truck brought them together. Jeremy saw it posted for sale on Craigslist and went to go check it out. Little did he know that he would buy the truck and find his future wife. You gotta love chance meetings and love stories like that.
I can’t wait to shoot their spring wedding at Black Bird Farm. Rain or shine, it’s going to be beautiful.
